If you change your mind after receiving an interior designing product from Masawwir Kadah because you don’t find it suitable for your home design or just don’t like the quality of the product, you don’t need to worry as all our purchases are backed by a 10 days money back guarantee. All you need to notify us within 10 days of the purchase of the product and we will make sure that you get your 100% refund as early as possible. 

We’ll arrange for a courier to collect the product and return it to the seller, with all return shipping costs covered by you. We’ll then refund your order (minus your original shipping cost), or give you the amount in store credit if you have your eye on another piece. If you buy another interior design product then your return shipping cost will be waived.

Damaged products

In the unlikely case that your product arrives with you damaged, we’d work with you and the seller to get this resolved. If you decide to return the damaged product, the same return policy applies and we’d refund your original shipping costs too.

Returning a product

Once you’ve let us know you’d like to return your interior design product, we’ll arrange a courier to collect it. We’ll need a few things from you first:

  1. Pack the product securely in its original packaging. If you no longer have this to hand, use appropriate packaging to protect the product on its journey back to us. 
  2. Send us a copy of the receipt you received from the courier company to track the parcel.


We’ll process your refund or credit once the product has been delivered and the condition checked by the seller.

Refunds back to your account will take up to 10 working days to appear in your account.
