The origin of this carpet is Tabriz city of Iran and has been made by urban weavers settled over there. Almost 35% fine silk and 65% sheep wool has been used in this carpet. It has very fine quality with about 625 knots in one Sq. inch. This is popularly known as Royal Tabriz in view of its liking by the royal family because of its style, quality, material and workmanship. This is only three dimensional carpet from Iran.
