No, there is no shipping fee charged to the customer for delivering the order anywhere in Pakistan. Shipment of orders across Pakistan is 100% free. However, we charge a shipping fee for international shipments which may vary depending on the shipment destination and the size and weight of the product to be delivered.
It may take minimum two days to maximum seven days to deliver an order anywhere in Pakistan. International deliveries may take seven to fifteen days or even more depending on the outreach of the courier service.
Once your order is received, you will receive a call from Musawwir Kadah to seek confirmation on your order. After you confirm the order, our team will coordinate with the seller for safe and secure packaging and delivery of the product to your doorstep.
If after receiving the product you find it different from what was shown in its online photos uploaded by the seller, you have all the freedom to return the product within 10 days from your order date. For more information, please read our Refund and Return Policy.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
For domestic deliveries, payments for orders below the price of PKR50,000 can be made in Cash on Delivery. For orders having a price of more than PKR50,000, you are required to make a 50% payment in advance via bank transfer.
For international deliveries, full payment is to be made in advance via bank transfer.
Once you place your order, our representative will contact you to guide through the payment process.
A wishlist allows you to create personalized collections of interior design products that interest you but you need some time to take a purchase decision, maybe after consulting with any interior designer, so you can simply select and save those products to your wishlist. It helps you to find those products easily in future.
Musawwir Kadah carefully examines each order and packages it carefully before delivering it to the customer thus it’s nearly impossible that you receive a damaged or wrong product. But an error in the process is possible thus we fully take responsibility to fix the issue of receiving a damaged or wrong product however you must ensure to report a damaged product within 12 hours of its delivery at your address.

If the item for interior design has already been dispatched, we’ll attempt to return it to the seller. If this isn’t possible, we’ll arrange to have it picked up after delivery and shipped back to the vendor. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and your initial shipping fees will also not be refunded. However, if you buy another interior design product then your return shipping cost will be waived.
Package tracking allows you to track the status of your right from the time when you placed it till its delivery at your mentioned shipping address.
